Bookkeeper / Office Assistant (Full-Time)

• Record day to day financial transactions
• Enter and process incoming orders daily
• Handle invoicing of all orders
• Receive shipments into QuickBooks
• Work closely with warehouse to maintain up-to-date inventory reports
• Work closely with warehouse to track warranty issues
• Process accounts receivable/payable
• Work with purchasers/customers with pricing, order questions, customer service
• Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Assist in daily office duties
• This is an ON SITE position. Remote work NOT available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
