Our firm is seeking a Bookkeeper / Business Operations Assistant to join our team. Established in 1995, we are a relationship oriented firm specializing in high net worth individuals and closely held businesses across a broad set of industries. We provide our clients with a full range of services including business consulting, tax, and attest services. We focus on establishing long-term relationships with out clients and team of professionals. This is a new position our executives have created to find the right candidate to work hand-in-hand with them to complete tasks that allow for smooth Business Operations.

In this position, you will be working directly with our executives as a Business Operations Assistant and company bookkeeper. Our ideal candidate would be a highly-motivated, adaptable professional with excellent communication skills and previous data entry experience. As a member of our team, you will be expected to work with and train directly under our leadership to assist with a wide variety of tasks to ensure all Business Operations needs are satisfied.
Employee Primary Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices for the company
- Categorize and enter company credit card transactions into Quickbooks
- Creating corporate bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process company invoices and enter client collection receipts
- Review company financials with leadership daily/weekly
- Review and process employee time card information
- Assists company executive to ensures the workspace remains organized, clean and safe
- Organization and filing of client documents received by mail
- Email required client documents
- Assist with sales tax filings and maintaining business license compliance
Required Job Qualifications:
- Must have Prior Quickbooks/Bookkeeping Experience
- Must be detail-oriented
- Willing to Learn and Work
- Data Entry Experience
- Experience with spreadsheets and proprietary information
- Firm understanding of basic bookkeeping fundamentals
- Accounts payable/receivable experience
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Ability/experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Maturity, dependability, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Must be software literate - including MS Suite.
