Lou Fusz Toyota is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional with exceptional communication skills to join the team as a Body Shop Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be excellent at navigating customer relationships, and be passionate about driving the customer experience at Lou Fusz Toyota forward.

Responsibilities
• Greet customers on arrival and build and manage relationships with customers.
• Handle phone calls, emails and other customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide feedback and updates to customers regarding their vehicles and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain paperwork, filing systems, records, and other data.
• Balance work orders, invoices, and other related paperwork.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and be proactive in identifying customer needs and launching solutions.
• Carry out daily administrative tasks.
Requirements
• At least 1 years of experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Sound judgment and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must pass criminal background check
