Bell Ford is seeking an experienced Full Time Body Shop Parts Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for ordering parts for vehicles in the Collison Center. This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed base salary, and offers opportunities for growth and advancement within our reputable auto dealership. The position will be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commissions $3500 to $5000 per month

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their auto body parts needs
- Utilize product knowledge to assist estimators in selecting the appropriate parts for customer vehicles
- Process part orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships Body Shop staff
- Collaborate with Body Shop technicians to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts
- Conduct inventory management and maintain organized and clean parts department
- Mirror match parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned by the Body Shop Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 year experience in auto parts sales is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and technical tools including CCC One
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with auto parts cataloging and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs is a plus
- Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a clean driving record and be able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen (not including THC)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
