SalaryBill Luke CDJR Phoenix, has an Immediate Opening for a Body Shop Manager for One of the Largest Volume Dealers in Arizona. We are looking for the "Right Fit" in this Body Shop Manager Role. We are a Huge Powerhouse, and we have a Full Service Shop- including plenty of work, the best estimators in town with tenor in our company, and a supportive management from Service to Management that have only one goal in mind- "to be the best of the best"- just like our track record!
The Ideal Candidate: Must have Previous Body Shop Management experience, excellent communication skills verbal and written, and Must have experience as a Manager with ability to manage employees, grow your department, value your employees, and must be process oriented!
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Good understanding of mechanical components and associated with repairs, a clear understanding of providing elite customer service! A Self Starter who can observe the strengths present in a location and use those strengths to develop a positive business plan!
Compensation: $115,000 - $160,000/year
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and motivate staff in a professional manner, implementing processes to help staff keep organized and task driven.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CCC one system
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience recommended
Responsibilities:
- Monitor shop facilities, equipment and resources
- Keeping shop clean and orderly
- Track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives
- Take all necessary steps to exceed customer expectations and ensure a positive experience
- Recruit, hire, motivate and retain the highest quality staff, and take an active role in company sales Monitor Body Shop Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency
- Assure compliance with safety goals Provide accurately estimate/quote services
- Develop strong alliances with vendors and Insurance Representatives
- Manage work order system and service invoicing
- Communicate policies, procedures, and goals to employees
