Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Estimating Process and Primary Estimator
- Lead and Manage Collision Parts Associate
- Manage the Vehicle Teardown Process
- Write accurate/complete supplemental estimates with Technicians
- Manage shop flow for efficient repair and redelivery.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Collision Estimating experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, I-Car Certifications preferred
- Technical Reading & Analytical skills
- Ability to learn and operate computer estimating software (CCC)
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to serve and improve
- Ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
