Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Estimating Process and Primary Estimator
• Lead and Manage Collision Parts Associate
• Manage the Vehicle Teardown Process
• Write accurate/complete supplemental estimates with Technicians
• Manage shop flow for efficient repair and redelivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Collision Estimating experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, I-Car Certifications preferred
• Technical Reading & Analytical skills
• Ability to learn and operate computer estimating software (CCC)
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to serve and improve
• Ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
