Job description
About the position:
We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide treatment to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and or other related disorders. The BCBA will work closely with our Clinical Director and supervising Licensed Behavior Analyst to provide structured treatment to children with ASD and or other related disorders. The BCBA will be responsible for evaluating children, documenting data, and providing ongoing treatment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide direct treatment to children with ASD in the classroom setting.
- Provide treatment in the home setting under the direction of a BCBA.
- Complete daily documentation of data, including but not limited to, daily notes, progress notes, and incident reports.
- Collect data on children’s behavior and progress through assessments, as well as information from parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and meetings as assigned by the BCBA or Clinical Director.
- Complete all required paperwork for BCBAs certification process.
- Attend training sessions as assigned by the BCBA or Clinical Director.
- Other duties as assigned by the BCBA or Clinical Director.
Skills:
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, therapists, and others.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation of child’s behavior and progress.
- Familiarity with assessment techniques (i.e., parent-report forms, incident reports) and ability to use data collection techniques effectively (i.e., report completion, document incidents).
- Familiarity with electronic technology (i.e., computer skills) preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required in a related field preferred but not required is strongly preferred.'
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $76.20 per hour
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BCBA (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
