C-Neta Behavioral Health Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work providing in-home support services for parents/caregivers/guardians and children/youth with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in New Jersey. The BCBA is part of a team of dedicated professionals working to strengthen and stabilize the families of youth with I/DD. Job duties include consultation and evaluations; creating a behavior support plan (BSP); maintaining proper documentation and submitting documentation according to agency policy; monitor and modifying BSP; supervision of BCaBA and behavior technicians; and other duties as needed. Professional specialization in dealing with youth with I/DD who have experienced trauma is desired. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
