A Day in the Life of a BCBA:
- Develop meaningful, evidenced-based programming based on data, progress, and the continued assessment of the client.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the RBT’s on all aspects of ABA.
- Provide family guidance that is necessary to the success of treatment.
- Participate in consistent communication & collaboration with all treatment team members & other service providers outside of Blossom.
- Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.
- Review data on a timely basis and communicate to team members as needed.
- Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- LBA (if applicable)
- ABA experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Access to reliable transportation.
