We offer direct support from the CCO and In-house Lead BCBA including weekly peer review committees and ethics reviews. In addition, direct collaboration with other BCBAs throughout the company to expand competency and skill base.
We understand how imperative RBTs are to successful therapy. Our RBTs receive 2 weeks of training in addition to completion of the 40 hours. This training is spent shadowing our experienced staff, and practicing their RBT skill before they are ever alone in session! They also receive attendance bonus’s, and we strive for 10% supervision so that they have extra opportunity to grow and develop!
Parental involvement is a vital aspect of our services. We offer voluntary parent support groups along with monthly caregiver training.
We are committed to modern ABA, trauma-informed, and compassion care to ensure the most ethical treatment possible.

What does the job entail?
- Conduct assessments in a thoroughly and timely manner
- Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to RBTs
- Billable hour requirement
- The In-Home BCBA position is 50% Telehealth and 50% travel to Learner's homes
- Collaborate with caretakers and other service provides (including but not limited to schools, SLPs, OTs)
- Compassionate care for the clients and surrounding staff
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- LBA
- At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
