We are looking for a Clinical Direct for our facility with extensive experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide behavioral consultation services to our clients. In addition to leading a group of RBTs and other BCBAs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, as well as a commitment to helping them reach their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans.
- Collect data and analyze results to evaluate progress and modify interventions as needed.
- Provide training and supervision to staff, family members, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel.
- Develop individualized behavior support plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
