Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with autism, focusing on behavior modification and skill development.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the presence of autism spectrum disorder.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy for individuals with autism.

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis methods.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures for autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment procedures.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
