We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)'s to join our team.
The role of the BCBA will include supervising and collaborating with our clinical director, our team of RBT's & BCABA's, and their clients.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Board Certification
- Masters Degree
Responbilities:
- Conducting functional behavioral assessments, identifying needs and formulating treatments plans.
- Implementation of behavioral health plans.
- Observing behaviors and able to use data collection software such as Catalyst and Central Reach.
- Provides on-going parent training.
- Teach specific skills required for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
- Completes all required documentation and provides to all appropriate parties.
- Inform parents and other caregivers about behavioral intervention findings.
- Collaborate with team members, clinical directors, and staff.
