Salary- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
