Come work with a local, women, and therapist founded company! Ampersand Therapy is seeking to elevate the employment experience of working in schools. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. The BCBA will serve the students in-person in Quincy, WA!
Job Details:
- Position begins September 1, 2024
- In-person, Full-time
- Must have a National BCBA Certification
- Must have LBA license from WA Dept of Health
- Must have or apply for WA ESA certification
- Provide functional behavior intervention plan for student’s district individual education plan.
- Provide the district with safety plan for aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
- Provide teacher with data collection systems for all behavior goals
- Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic targets/goals.
- Communicate weekly and update with progress reports

Pay: $65.00 - $77.00 per hour
