Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
- Provide direct supervision with registered behavior technicians, as well as parent training and support.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy.
- Oversee registered behavior technicians in coursework and provide weekly indirect supervision

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- 5 years Experience working with children or individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions.
- Understanding of special education laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45 a hour yearly range $58,500-81,900
