Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (Bcaba)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team.

Compensation Option(s):

• Hourly: $30.75 to $36.25
• Salary: $49,750.00 - $59,550.00

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention programs and collect data to track progress.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Train and supervise other staff members or caregivers on implementing behavior plans effectively.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment data.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and prepare reports for review by the BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment strategies.
• Stay up to date with current research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.
• Adhere to professional standards of conduct as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements:

• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the BACB
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience implementing ABA techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other team members.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $55,750.00 - $61,750.00 per year
