Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.
- Monitor and track progress of students, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- California state licensure and certification.
- Experience working with students with diverse behavioral needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
