Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (Bcaba)

LWBS (Laila Way Behavioral Services) is a behavioral health agency servicing the city of Philadelphia. Our services focus on evidence-based practices derived from Applied Behavior Analysis to increase independence in children diagnosed with autism and other behavior disorders. We specialize in verbal behavior techniques and the reduction of challenging behaviors. LWBS is looking to expand our clinical team by hiring 4 BCaBAs in the city of Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior evaluations to assess individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other team members
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Requirements:
- Board Certification as a assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

-Bachelor's Degree and completion of 9 ABA-related courses
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to autism and developmental disabilities
- Understanding of special education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
