Job Summary:
Primary purpose of this role is to assist with operating bindery equipment to process finished printed products. This will be floor and handwork to join our team on 1st Shiftaway has one of the most technologically advanced finishing operations in the industry. Work Hours Available:
1st Shift - 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday - not eligible for shift differential
Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform quality checks regularly.
- Adheres to work quality standard, standard of work and safety.
- Assist operator in running equipment at optimal level at all times to meet daily production goals.
- Remove, stack and pack printed material in various stages of completion as they accumulate on the delivery table of the machine.
- Load product into various machines for stitching, punching, tying, mailing and shrink wrap.
- Tend one or more machines and performs any combination of following duties involving binding books, magazines, etc.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Work Location:
Must be able to work on-site at the Green Bay facility temporarily and transfer to work in the Town of Lawrence (near De Pere, WI) permanently in winter 2023.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Manufacturing environment experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
