- Implementation and Management of Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Management of a “knowledge management” system in Sharepoint.
- Training and support of BIM and engineering applications.
- Lead engagements through BIM implementations for Owner/Operator clients.
- Support and answer client team’s questions through ticketing systems.
- Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to BIM and technology workflows for real estate and facility management.
- Strategize and test workflows and integrations between BIM and Facilities management technologies.
- Test new software in conjunction with IT.
- Support global strategy related to engineering, BIM, and facilities management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in the AECO industry.
- Five years of experience managing or leading BIM implementations on projects.
- Advanced knowledge of industry standards and best practices around BIM, including ISO 19650.
- Advanced proficiency in writing standards and procedural documents.
- Advanced experience in setting up and implementing Common Data Environments (CDE), specifically Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Moderate proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other design authoring and coordination platforms.
- Strong understanding of the real estate lifecycle process, including the planning and execution of capital projects.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault.
- Familiarity with Eam/CMMS, IWMS, and other associated facility management tools and workflows.
- Travel to New Brunswick, NJ, 50% required.
- Must have the capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative, and creative problem-solving. Must be proactive and comfortable sitting in the middle of the room.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding, and service-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working as part of a team and individual contributor role.
- Has diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Intellectually curious and thirst for personal growth and development, especially for new technology you are not as comfortable.
