About the position:
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Cloud services GTM to join our Software Solutions Product team. As the Sr. Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product's journey from concept to market success.
Responsibilities:
- Customer segmentation
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target customer segments and their unique needs
- Create and maintain detailed customer personas to guide product and marketing strategies
- Tailor product offerings and marketing campaigns to address the specific pain points of each segment
- Pricing Strategy
- Develop and refine pricing models that maximize profitability while remaining competitive
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to adjust pricing strategies
- Collaborate with finance to ensure pricing aligns with revenue and profit targets
- Release Strategy
- Work closely with other Product Managers to define product roadmaps and release timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute successful product launches
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans that ensure product adoption and success
- Value proposition messaging
- Craft compelling and differentiated value propositions that resonate with target customers
- Ensure consistent and persuasive messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback and market trends
- Internal Training
- Provide internal training to sales, customer support, and other relevant teams to ensure a deep understanding of product features and benefits
- Equip internal stakeholders with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively communicate the product's value to customers
- Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns and materials
- Align product messaging and content across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in product management, program management, or product marketing manager with a strong focus on GTM strategy, pricing, and customer segmentation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in competitive markets.
- Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking abilities including statistical analysis.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity with an ability to navigate the uncertainty.
