This is an in-office role that requires work in the Taylorville, IL office Monday - Friday.
Summary
The Billing Specialist is responsible for all invoicing related to a set group of clients (to be determined). The Billing Specialist will also act as a resource to support the efforts of the Billing Manager in any necessary role.
Essential Duties
* Run daily/weekly invoice drafts and pertaining SOW detail
* Ensure validity of all assigned client invoices including service revenue, shipping, printing, and material handling, as well as generate any necessary backup reports
* Maintain all V3 programs related to clients assigned including marking billed projects
* Assisting with month end reporting
* Net Suite deposit and cash application support
* Maintain Invoice Register
* Prepare DG/FD Rebate Reports
* Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline's business needs
Education and Experience Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Two years of billing experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based reporting
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Teamwork and team facilitation, as well as client customer satisfaction
* Ability to accept change with flexibility
