Lakeland Supply is looking for a part-time Billing Specialist individual to join our operations team.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Review customer invoices on a daily basis (average 80/day) for scanning accuracy, proper freight expense, credit card fees, margin and submit for billing
- Compare freight charges with quotes from freight brokers and apply to sales orders
- Enter customer sales orders via email and over the phone
- Answer in-coming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Problem solve sales order and delivery issues timely and accurately
- Process Return Merchandise Authorization sales orders as needed
- Maintain customer service inquiry excel spreadsheet
Requirements for this position are:
- Available to work Monday thru Friday, 10am-3pm
- Attention to detail, problem solver, team player, dependable, multi-tasker
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
