Billing Associate

Do you have billing experience using Quickbooks?
This is a work from home "remote" position.
Our company is looking to add a full-time individual to join a group working under the supervision of a office manager to handle the billing using Quickbooks software.
To match our position, you?ll need to thrive in a team culture and shine at your individual tasks. In this role, you?ll focus on account administration for our billing team and support for our expanding company.
We understand the challenges of this position and welcome your experience if it matches the following:
? 1 year minimum using billing software
? Enter job and client data (Excel, Word, and web-based database system).
? Process invoices.
? Communicate efficiently with customers as it relates to invoicing, assess their needs.
? Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:
? Computer proficiency
? Quickbooks experience a plus.
? Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent written and verbal skills
? Multitasking and organizational expertise
? High school graduate. A college degree may be helpful, but more importantly, we?re looking for someone who will be comfortable supporting of our fast-paced business. Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-focused team-player.
In this role, you must move fluidly from task to task under the guidance of our experience accounting team members.
COMPENSATION:
? Pay range will be $19-$21 per hour depending on experience.
