Summary
The Associate Director of Billing is a new role within the Finance Department requiring a combination of leadership, expertise, customer service and process improvements and innovations. This role will be responsible for managing multiple avenues of revenue collection and will be tasked with auditing and processing billing on a quarterly and interim basis. Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and able to process multiple billing requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Also helpful would be experience working within the wealth management industry and will be well versed with Microsoft Office Suites.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 plus annual bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle quarterly and interim billing for EPWA
- Responsible for review, corrections and finalization of invoices
- Develop and implement efficient billing procedures, policies and tools
- Collaborate with M&A team on integrating newly acquired companies into billing cycle
- Provide status updates to CFO and Controller and work to resolve aged work in progress (WIP)
- Perform quarterly audits to ensure the integrity of our portfolio management system
- Manage the preparation and distribution of manual invoices sent out to clients
- Prepare periodic reports and analysis on Aged Accounts Receivable
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to assist with fee reconciliation
- Manage incoming requests via our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Maintain contacts and working relationships with 3rd party Annuity companies
- Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or STEM)
- Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive billing experience with at least 5 years in a management role
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications- Excel required; proficiency with SQL highly desired but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency using a Portfolio Management System and/or CRM is highly desired
- Experience in the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) industry preferred
- Previous experience with process improvements or enhancements
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
