Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Anaheim, CA (hybrid 4 days in office and 1 day remote)

Job TrackingQualifications:
Minimum 3 year of IT recruiter or staffing company recruiter experience.
Bilingual in English and Japanese (business level required for both languages).
Knowledge of basic PC skills (including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Knowledge of business or work visa in the US (Preferred).
Job duties: Understanding of Job requirements and skill set from clients.
Search resume and candidates based on job description via LinkedIn, Indeed and ZipRecruiter etc.. (mainly for Japanese bilingual positions).
Job Postings for opening positions via LinkedIn, Indeed and ZipRecruiter etc.. (mainly for Japanese bilingual positions).
Resume Screening.
Performing and coordinate in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Follow up on the interview/background check process status.
