• Shift: This is a traditional (non-remote) day shift opportunity:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Location: Gardena,CA

Your responsibilities will include:

• Screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees, onboarding, and training new employees, implementing company culture and policies, and providing management with requested reports and documents.
• Additionally, you will coordinate and attend job fairs, maintain accurate employee files including I-9 and complete E-verify. You will also generate leads through marketing to the community and being an active participant in civic events.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have previous successful experience in recruiting, staffing or similar experience 
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all associates and clients.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with all employees are also critical.
• Bilingual in Spanish /English
