Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist/Data Entry Specialist with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, and experience with property management software such as Appfolio and Yardi. This role involves managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing data entry tasks related to property management.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform data entry tasks related to property management, including updating tenant information, processing rental applications, and managing lease agreements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Real estate industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.
- Experience with property management software such as Appfolio and Yardi is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
