Job Description:

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.

Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar.

Assisting patients with insurance verification, registration and updating their information.

Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Handling administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required).
