Legal Receptionist/Legal Assistant Applicant: The tasks associated with this position include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, calendaring, and understanding of the legal field, etc. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies.
