Bilingual Insurance Agent

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) Insurance Agent with our team in Eugene, OR. The Bilingual Insurance Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance coverage needs for clients, preparing insurance quotes, and communicating policy information in an effective and accurate manner.

New Farmers Retail agency owners are paid via a rich bonus program that is paid out monthly and annually in addition to a monthly marketing bonus. Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ Years in a Management Role
• Outside Sales experience as well as experience sourcing business
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Active State of Oregon Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain a license before start date
• Client-focused with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team
• Financially Stable
• Able to pass a financial and criminal background check
