Bilingual Hr Representative

Community Home Health Care, Backend is seeking a BilingualHR Representative(Spanish/English) in our Ramsey, NJ office. In this position, you will provide excellent customer service to all our caregiver employees on most HR-related matters.

Bilingual HR Representative Hours:

• This is a full-time, IN OFFICE, position, 36 hours per week.
• Monday -Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm)

Bilingual HR Representative Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Multi-tasking, ability to meet tight deadlines, detail-oriented, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• The ability to speak, read, and write in English & Spanish

Bilingual HR Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our caregiver employees
• Maintain compliance standards
• HR evaluations
• In-service follow up
• HHA Exchange mobile setup
• Data entry
• Demographic information updates
