Core Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll Management
o Collect, calculate and enter payroll information for the entire organization
o Prepare and load external batches to ADP enterprise for payroll processing
o Prepare payroll entries for general ledger in collaboration with Finance
o Generate payroll reconciliation and audit reports to ensure accuracy of data
o Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave,
disability and non-taxable wages
o Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
o Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
Payroll Analysis & Reporting
o Run existing structured and ad-hoc reports for validation purposes
o Prepare and review with supervisor various payroll reports including headcount analysis after
completion
o Respond to payroll inquiries; provide information and resolve payroll issues
o Escalate complex or sensitive problems to supervisor for resolution
Perform other HR generalist duties
o Attendance management along with proper disciplinary actions
o Support on-boarding activities and perform new hire orientation sessions
o Gather and organize personnel files
o Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Experience
Education: Bachelor degree
Minimum 1 year in HRM & HRD emphasized on payroll management
Familiarity with general accounting principles
Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and
confidentiality
Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (ADP)
Exquisite math and numerical skills
BSc/BA in HR/accounting/business administration is a plus
Other Requirements
o Must be able to use computer keyboard & move around office.
o Must be able to see or hear & communicate in written and oral form for both English & Korean.
o Valid driver’s license & passport.
o Be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
