-Great customer service / Bilingual Spanish and English 100%
-monitoring construction and design projects
-Cost estimation assistant for work end purchases.
-Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with all levels of office personnel
-Microsoft and general computer skills.
-Be super comfortable working with a new company in a small business environment
-Able to multitask and be able to resolve problems with customers and employees.
-Able to type in invoices and estimates, Record keeping, Well organized and being able to work without supervision.
-Assisting supervisors with work orders, Estimates, Assisting with ideas in the office to make work easier.
-Making sure to bill clients on a daily basis and also sending statements through email, Collecting past due invoices.
-Immediate Hiring.

-Commercial experience in selling services
