Join the HCTRA team in their 24-hour dispatch center! In this role, you will be processing high-volume incoming calls for HCTRA’s Incident Response Technicians (IRT), and Incident Management Coordinators, and monitoring radio for Law Enforcement and IRT. You will also handle internal calls related to maintenance requests, program message signs, answer the multi-line phone, operate, and monitor CCTV cameras. Duties also require astute organizational skills. Shift times may vary. No more boring workdays. This is a BILINGUAL POSITION.

- Must be BILINGUAL
- **Must havedispatching experience, security guard, or call center experience
- One year of clerical work experience
- Typing skill of at least 35 correct words per minute
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand the urgency and emergency situations
- Ability to multi-task and punctual
- Able to pass drug screening and background check
