Bilingual Customer Service Representative
DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be bilingual and serve as an internal resource and liaison to customers. This individual will perform a variety of administrative, clerical, Customer Service, and support task. This individual must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting external and internal customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Customer support experience
- Have exceptional interpersonal/communications skills
- Enjoy a high level of responsibility
- Have the discipline to work in an unsupervised manner
- Above-average MS Office skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Accurate typing abilities
- Customer Support experience in a professional services, sales or marketing environment
- Bi-lingual - Spanish and English. Must be able to read/write/communicate in both languages
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer Phones AND Schedule appointments
- Customer service in a call center setting, performing collection, cashiering and data entry.
- Work Scheduled Hours - Monday & Tuesday = 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. with an hour lunch
- Wednesday & Thursday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Half Hour Lunch
- Receiving payments from public, perform arithmetic calculations and verify totals.
- Compose memos, transcribes notes
- Assist in reviewing, processing, and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts
- Customer Billing discrepancies
- Perform various Customer Service, accounting, financial, and collection functions as required.
- Handles multiple projects
- Enter Data and assist with Reporting Requirements
