This position works out of our office in Moore, Oklahoma and will transition into a Hybrid role.
You’ll begin your journey training in our on-site office. After 90 days of service, you will have the option to work remotely Monday and Friday while continuing to work on-site in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
STARTING WAGE- $18.50 PER HOUR

What You Will Be Doing
- Answering phone calls, emails, factura and other requests from Hyatt guests and hotels
Skills and Experience You Need
- Advanced ability to read, write and speak Spanish
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- More than one year of previous CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of exceeding goals and performance expectations
- Very proficient at using multiple PC applications at the same time

8 Hour Shift Schedules:
- 8:00a - 5:00p (Saturday and Sunday Off)
- 8:30a - 5:30p (Saturday and Sunday Off)
- 9:00a - 6:00p (Saturday and Sunday Off)
- 9:30a - 6:30p (Saturday and Sunday Off)
- 10:00a - 7:00p (Saturday and Sunday Off)
