- STAY BUSY. We are a busy INBOUND ONLY call center. No sales.
- LOW DRAMA. One of core principles is to strive to provide you with a low drama environment with regards to your co-workers.
- SET SCHEDULE. We offer set schedules. Full-time or 32 hour weeks.
- NO SALES or TELEMARKETING. We are inbound only.
- OFF Sundays & Mondays. Schedules run either Tues to Sat or Wed to Saturday
- EXPECTATIONS. We are looking for individuals that have the ability to exercise good common sense, strong listening skills and empathy with callers.
- VARIETY of CLIENTS. We provide Customer Service and help to many many callers. It can be gratifying at times.
- CASUAL DRESS CODE. .Everyday
- HYBRID REMOTE. Work from home for those that provide us with references from their 3rd grade teacher. You must have a dedicated, private work space.

*Customer Service Positions*
We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives or CSRs. Full time. All our customer interactions are via the phone. 99% of our call volume is INBOUND. We do not do any sales or tele-marketing.
We have been over 25 years and have one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. One of our core principles is to provide a Low Drama workplace for all our team members. As well as building alternative schedules to create work / life balance.

Shifts Hiring For:
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 1:00pm - 9:30pm
- 3:30pm - 11:30pm
- 4:00pm - Midnight
Days
- Option of working 4 days a week or 5 days
- Days Off - Sunday & Monday
- Work Tuesday to Saturday = 40 hours per week
- Wed - Saturday = 32 hours per week
Skills
- Have a data entry speed of 35 wpm
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task while on the phone
