Job Description: Bilingual Call Center Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound Sales Calls as well as outbound calling to potential customers in the market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication
- Identify business development opportunities and generate leads for the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and Sales System
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center Sales role is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
