Job Description:
Responsible for responding to vendor or company field personnel inquiries on the status of invoices either by phone or other electronic mechanisms within a centralized, high-volume Customer Service environment supporting multiple US locations. Provide a complete response to the inquiry; resolve more difficult invoice problems. Escalate issues as appropriate. Utilize the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) applications SAP, Image Now and Mercury, as needed. Functions as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Primary Tasks:
Respond to telephone, mail, and email inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.Gather information, research and resolve vendor inquiries, and log vendor/internal company calls.Read and analyze information from vendor statements and invoices.Determine when to handle a request or pass to an Accounts Payable (AP) associate or supervisor for resolution.Research invoice status in the ERP system, and imaging system.Prompt follow-up with the inquirer to provide a status.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Call Center and Accounts Payable experience a plus. This is temp to perm position.
Shift is Sunday - Thursday.
Sunday's hours are 7:00 - 3:30
Monday - Thursday is 7:00 - 4:00
