Salary Range: $17 - $18/hr. based on experience

We're looking for an experienced BILINGUAL Call Center customer service rep with Team Lead or supervisor experience with the ability to oversee and monitor Call Center employees. Provide training and feedback for the team, ensure that the team goals are met, and make performance assessments for each member.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with exceptional customer service
- Monitor Dashboards- ensure adequate phone coverage
- Monitor and assist CSRs in Teams chats
- Monitor Negative Calls
- Assist with Coaching CSRs
- Assist with training new hires
- Encourage a positive environment and boost morale!
- Motivate team to achieve KPIs and implement best practices by leading by example.
Qualifications:
Required Credentials:
- Bilingual
- 2-3 years of customer service and/or Call Center experience (advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while being self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
- Effective listening and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed set goals.
- Leadership abilities.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Able to work outlined FT schedule, including rotating weekends.
