Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint experience (out of box functionality and minor coding).
- Perform SharePoint administrative tasks (adding users, setting up libraries/folders, create/edit internal sites, manage/update online lists, etc.).
- SOX Compliance (understanding of audit processes). Ability to perform self-tests, report deficiencies to management and recommend mitigation solutions.
- Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
- Budget Management (yearly planning, year-end processes, monthly tracking and reporting).
- Work across teams to engage the right resources at the right time.
- Ability to identify governance process risks and mitigation strategies.
- Project and Portfolio Management (tracking. managing and reporting).
- Familiar with Agile mindset, Scrum framework and Jira tool
- Familiar with Client like tools (SharePoint, emarketplace, Jira, SNOW, etc.)
- Ability to work in faced paced environment where priorities change but deliverables must still be met.
- Ability to conduct training sessions on defined processes
