Job description:

BPG USA in Berryville, VA is searching for a talented, high-energy, resourceful Recruiter for our Human Resources Department. The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to meet the organization’s staffing needs. Candidates must be detailed-oriented and proficient with sourcing strategy and technology.

Responsibilities Include:

• Works to understand the manufacturing environment, job duties, experience and skillset needed for a successful workforce.
• Works with Managers to identify staffing needs.
• Actively searches/recruits qualified candidates to fill open positions.
• Develops/updates job descriptions, as necessary.
• Partners with technical schools, colleges, associations, and communities to develop a recruiting network.
• Assists in setting up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manages the offer process and onboarding process, including pre-employment tests and background checks.

Qualifications:

• Human Resources/Recruiting Experience
• Strong recruiting skills, including experience with Indeed, LinkedIn or other online job sources.
• Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve and deal with people at all levels of the organizational both internal and external.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Proficiency with computer programs, MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bi-Lingual-Must speak Spanish
• Must be dependable.

• Work independently and with little supervision.
• Set and manage multiple priorities.
