Responsibilities:
Conform to the capabilities in the reference architecture Allow for data access using defined business driven sharing constraints Incorporate new and existing technology platforms with defined use (e.g. NoSQL, content management) Rationalize solution and costs of new data assets integration Incorporate modeling standards to represent the data (metadata) and drive search Provide search capabilities to understand a full picture of business terms and source of that data Ability to request access to data including the workflow necessary (data marketplace) Ability to understand the interfaces that can provide that functionality Provide sandbox functionality to users of the datasets to build models for analysis in a secure way Provide physical access to the data assets for current analytics tools such as Stata, SAS, etc Provide physical access to using advanced analytics tools Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases Perform data analysis to gain understanding of various subject areas Provide design artifacts and documentations Mentor team members as required by providing guidance on technical and procedural questions Communicate with data architects/developers, SMEs, Infrastructure DBA, application architects/developers, business users, stakeholders, and project managers
