Role Summary

Join Rapid Response as a Data Analyst and unleash the power of Microsoft Power BI and Fabric. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, translate business needs into stunning dashboards, and champion cross-organizational data initiatives.
Compensation ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 based upon experience.
You will:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, tailoring them to specific stakeholder needs.
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric components to ensure consistency and user-friendliness across data visualizations.
- Collaborate with data engineers to gather, transform, and model data for analysis.
- Deep-dive into data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership, fostering data-driven decision-making.
- Stay current with the latest Power BI and Fabric features and best practices.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, with a knack for creating clear and compelling visualizations.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric principles and design guidelines.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including SSAS and SSRS.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for learning and keeping up with the ever-evolving data landscape.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business contexts.
- Experience implementing data governance and security measures.
