We are hiring a Beverage Manager!
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage day to day operations of the 12,000 square foot rooftop bar and restaurant, including but not limited to interacting with guests, setting the standard for service, and being hands on where needed
- Train, hire and develop associates, foster a positive work environment, and coach when necessary
- Proactively manage costs, labor, scheduling, ordering, and forecast
- Develop seasonal cocktail menus for outlets, cost and train on recipes, collaborate with leaders on changes
- Conduct monthly inventory of outlets and submit to DFB, manage ordering with purchasing department
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
