Position Purpose
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: This position is responsible for serving food and drinks to golf course patrons. Responsible for the accounting of monies received. Takes inventory of liquor and food.

Job Functions / Scope of Authority
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Loads and unloads Beverage Cart daily; does daily inventory of all products, both food and beverage; keeps carts in clean and in good working order; dispenses drinks to golfers; assure that all drinks are accounted for and monies are collected; serves customers promptly and courteously; observes and enforces all local, state and federal liquor laws; protects course from liability and image with regards to serving intoxicated persons; accounts for all receipts and makes deposit; attends department meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to provide excellent customer service; ability to follow policies and procedures; ability to perform tasks efficiently and quickly; ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner, ability to use good judgment; ability to work independently; ability to maintain clean and neat appearance; ability to maintain adequate attendance; ability to perform basic math; knowledge and enforcement of liquor code; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees, and the general public. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
Must be 21 years or older; experience working on a golf course preferred; must have a valid driver's license; knowledge and enforcement of liquor code. Basic knowledge of alcohol and restaurant services preferred. Ability to lift up 50 lbs occasionally.
