Responsibilities:
- Field employee calls and emails regarding benefits programs offered and existing enrollments.
- Manage and administer benefits programs and tasks related to medical, dental, vision, disability, life, voluntary products, section 125, life insurance, COBRA, 401K, and other company benefits offered.
- Communicates payroll deductions for elected insurance benefits at appropriate benefit start dates to payroll department.
- Works closely with FMLA/Inactive Leave administrator to assist with reporting and tracking of FMLA/Inactive leave in compliance with Federal, State and Company requirements.
- Monitors employees on leaves of absence for insurance premiums owed and ensures communication and collection processes are in place.
- Administer 401(k) plan employee requests, payroll information uploads into administrator's website and other processes.
- Assists Director of HR with various monthly invoices from vendors on insurance billings. Performs audits of billings with payroll deductions and enrollments.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- At least 2 years of benefits experience working within an HR Department is required.
- Excellent consistent work history.
- Strong data entry skills accuracy very important.

- Strong organizational skills.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
