Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Oversee the day-to-day administration and compliance of company benefit programs including 3rd party vendor relationships.

  • Lead all strategy, activities, and operation of benefits and well-being programs.
  • Manage relationship and monitor performance of outsourced vendors. Regularly analyze performance of 3rd party vendors against contracted defined service levels.
  • In partnership with benefits broker/consultant, coordinate periodic RFPs for insurance and wellness vendors.
  • Manage annual regulatory filings. Monitor regulations and proactively ensure all benefit plans and programs are compliant with applicable state and federal laws including HIPAA Privacy.
  • Oversee vendor fee and premium payment processes, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
  • Conduct follow up to ensure transactional processes are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Identify and provide problem resolution options for issues and communicate any escalated concerns to upper management.
Oversee day to day oversight on the operation of the 401(k) plan, including but not limited to addressing plan and participant questions and issues; developing and facilitating communications and education to employees; partnering with other KNX brands on annual 401(k) compliance testing, reporting and auditing; and analysis and funding of match contributions.
  • Participate as member of 401(k) committee.
  • Coordinate enrollment and oversee operations and reporting for Deferred Comp plan.
  • Collaborate/partner with HRIS and third-party vendors to ensure smooth workflow and accurate data input.
  • Lead the annual insurance enrollment processes.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures for all department functions.
  • Lead implementation activities of new processes, programs and plans.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
  • 5+ years' experience with benefit administration and/or benefit vendor management required.
  • Previous experience with 401k administration required.
  • Previous experience leading others in a team environment is preferred.
  • Must be excellent communicator capable of tailoring messages to audiences of all levels.
  • Must be able to cultivate culture of trust and openness.
  • Must be knowledgeable of state and federal laws pertaining to benefits.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills and able to provide solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Must be able to facilitate meetings and speak in public.


Pay Range:
$65,00.00 - $90,000.00 Annual DOE
